Yes, in many cases I can refresh faded permanent eyeliner or improve the appearance of previous work. Every case is unique, so the best approach depends on the existing pigment, color, shape, and how much of the old eyeliner remains.
If the previous eyeliner has simply faded over time, a color refresh is often all that's needed. However, if the shape is uneven, the pigment has migrated, or the color has healed to an undesirable shade, additional correction—or in some cases, partial removal—may be recommended before creating a new result.
